I’m Laura Roland, a Certified Catholic Leadership Strategist + Coach with expertise in motivation, communication, and how work actually gets done. I help people understand what drives them, what drains them, and what gets in the way when work or life no longer fits quite the way it once did.
Sometimes that means navigating a transition. Sometimes it means making a decision you’ve been circling for months. And sometimes nothing is technically wrong, but you know the way you’re working or living isn’t sustainable anymore.
We figure out what’s actually going on, what belongs to you, and what needs to change.
